Returns & Exchanges

At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our wool and designs. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all Biches & Bûches labels and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel back to our warehouse in France using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
